Job Description
Andover Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the first point of contact for pet owners. Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in veterinary practice (or human medical practice) preferred
- Computer experience (email usage, word/excel) and proficiency in front desk equipment
- Basic math skills for deposits, change, and payments
- General understanding of veterinary terminology
- Excellent communication skills
