Director, Business Development, Advanced Effects

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Naval Forces Advanced Effects Lead to join the Air Dominance and Strike Division within the Business Development team. This role is responsible for capturing new opportunities and growing revenue by developing and executing strategies for Advanced Effects capabilities with the US Navy and partners. The leader will drive revenue growth by building business, developing capture strategies, and managing client engagements.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Defense Capture related to Missile or Weapons Systems.
• Prior experience working with US Navy program offices / customers.
• Experience with missile systems across across Naval Aviation domain, across a variety of roles and missions.
• Ability to interface with a wide range of U.S. Department of Defense and international customers.
• Prior experience working with technical partners / engineering teams.
• Ability to travel 50% – 75% required.
