Talent Acquisition Manager

Antler is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive all aspects of talent acquisition, from recruiting execution and stakeholder partnership to analytics and candidate experience, contributing to our talent strategy and systems to support rapid growth.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience of managing multiple concurrent, end-to-end recruitment processes (10+ roles) in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior executives.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across global teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities.
• Comfort working across different cultures and time zones.
• Outstanding analytical skills, comfortable working with data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investments.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR databases
