We are looking for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end hiring efforts for both Tech/Product and Non-Tech (Sales, Ops, Support) teams in a hyper-growth environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor markets and industry trends.
- Experience in fostering inclusive recruitment practices and promoting diversity.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
