Job Description
We are seeking a Compensation Solutions Analyst to develop, implement, and support technology solutions to achieve our compensation objectives. The role balances technical analysis with high-level process design and requires a strong background in compensation analysis and business process management.
Requirements
- Lead efforts to optimize compensation and performance management operations
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 'Compensation and Performance Management Playbook'
- Collaborate with HRIT and other technical teams to develop and enhance compensation software solutions
- Develop, implement, and support technology solutions to support Global Reward initiatives
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for cross-functional partners
