Job Description
Acting as a strategic partner, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruitment activities from talent attraction, through to hire ensuring a high touch candidate and hiring manager experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, within, high-tech, fast-paced, demanding, global environment.
- Strong expertise in technical recruiting with proven experience hiring within a software organization across a variety of technical roles which may include R&D, pre-and-post sales technical roles across the APAC region.
- Experience successfully recruiting for senior niche talent in emerging and highly competitive markets
- Experience with building effective relationships with diverse teams, candidates, clients, and Hiring Managers with an ability to communicate effectively with candidates and business leaders at all levels
- Experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and meeting SLAs.
