Commercial Talent Acquisition Business Partner

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who will act as both a trusted adviser and hands-on HR professional, combining leadership in recruitment with HR generalist responsibilities to attract, hire, and retain top talent, and support employees through the full HR lifecycle. The role involves partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to design effective recruitment strategies, deliver a seamless candidate experience, and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Min 3 years of proven experience in both recruitment and full-stack HR generalist/business partner roles in a 50-100 FTEs scale-up
• Strong understanding of labour law in the UK, US, Canada, South Africa, Australia and international HR practices
• Experience in recruitment for SaaS and B2B business and good understanding of Sales, Marketing and Customer Success metrics
• Ability to manage the full recruitment life-cycle for multiple roles, preferably in a fast-paced or multinational environment
