Job Description
Aptive is seeking a Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary outpatient setting, including communities-based outpatients. The role focuses on care coordination, patient education, and procedural assistance, collaborating with various healthcare team members. Requirements
- BLS certification
- Two (2) years of inpatient experience in care coordination
- ACLS and BLS certification (3 years experience in Outpatient setting)
- Unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in a US state, territory, or commonwealth
