Job Description
Aptive is seeking a full-time Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to Veterans in a multidisciplinary outpatient environment. This role involves clinical expertise, care coordination, patient education, and procedural assistance, supporting Veterans in a community-based outpatient setting. It focuses on PACTs, Medical Specialty Clinics, Cardiac Catheterization/Electrophysiology Laboratory (CCL), and Gastroenterology (GI) services.
Requirements
- BLS certification
- At least two years of inpatient experience in care coordination
- Medical Specialty RN or ACLS/BLS certification, 3 years experience in an outpatient setting, and Telemetry & Acute Care experience
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the US, US Territories, or US District of Columbia
