Job Description
Arrow ARC is seeking reliable Medical Support Assistants (MSAs) to support Veterans and VA offices in Pueblo, Colorado. MSAs provide administrative support to outpatient clinics, virtual care, and the Office of Community Care. This is a full-time position requiring attention to detail and commitment to Veteran care. All roles require working across multiple systems like VistA and CPRS, and may involve onsite or hybrid work.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain Tier 1 security clearance
- Reliable internet access and home-office setup
- Fluency in Spanish (preferred) for bilingual roles
- Familiarity with HSRM and TPA coordination (preferred)
