Job Description
Aptive Resources is seeking a skilled Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive healthcare services within a primary care setting. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians to deliver patient-centered care, focus on prevention, wellness, and disease management. Responsibilities include patient assessment, health education, care coordination, documentation, and advocating for patients.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted RN license from any state in the United States.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate accredited by the American Heart Association.
