Job Description

They are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams, driving adoption, retention, and expansion across their Enterprise customer base. The CSM will build scalable playbooks, lead executive engagements, and ensure customers realize measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience as a customer success manager at B2B SaaS companies
- Strategic mindset with a commercial lens
- Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Data-driven with signals, metrics, and outcomes
- Successful track record of managing retention and driving growth metrics
