Job Description
Arcadis is seeking a Senior Stormwater Transportation Engineer to join their national drainage practice in Jacksonville, FL, Miami, FL, and Orlando, FL. This role involves engineering design for roadway drainage projects, assisting in all aspects of design, and providing quality control reviews. The position offers flexibility and collaboration with teams across the Southeast. No technical supervision is provided and requires no experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant FDOT drainage design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET Accredited University
- Florida PE license
- Experience working on FDOT projects
- Strong understanding of Bridge Hydraulics Analysis
- Understanding of FEMA floodplain regulations
- Knowledge of stormwater design
- Effective communication (written and verbal)
- Flexibility to tackle new projects
- Experience with permitting
