Lead the Mechanical Maintenance team at ADM Erith, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement across the department.
Requirements
- City & Guilds/NC/HNC level in an Engineering discipline
- Proven experience in an industrial maintenance environment
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Proven experience managing teams and resolving conflicts
- Ability to prepare reports, communicate with management, and liaise with vendors
- Strong diagnostic skills for troubleshooting equipment failures
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and a good understanding of MS office packages
