Job Description
Develop and implement pricing strategy, lead price execution activities, and create a continuous margin improvement mindset. Work cross functionally to support pricing activities of strategic customer accounts and support adoption of pricing tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, Food Science, or equivalent
- 7+ years' relevant work experience in the food ingredient industry
- Advanced degree in analytics, data modeling, statistics, or MBA is a plus
- Strong strategic thinking, change management leadership, and implementation of new processes and systems
