We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and process support, identifying and correcting errors, and collaborating for continuous improvement of operations and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience with support, service or operational activities, preferably in environments with digital solutions
- Knowledge and ability to use CRM and ticket management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
- Good communication (oral and written) and ability to maintain a good relationship and collaborate with the team
- Organization to conduct processes and routines, being self-managed when deadlines and milestones are clear and well-established
