You are the point of contact for customers and candidates in your market from the acquisition of positions, through the search for suitable freelance specialists to the conclusion of contracts and beyond.
Through the continuous care of your network, you expand your own candidate portfolio and win new customers.
You set a good example with your own performance and make a significant contribution to the sales of your team.
You are an ambassador for the Aristo corporate values, culture, and inspire your colleagues with your sales drive.
You bring several years of experience in recruitment, ideally in the Life Science industry.
You have already achieved proven success in personnel services and are eager to develop your business with us.
You are looking for a job where you can prove yourself and achieve a lot.
You speak fluent German and English, and ideally French.
A high level of team ability, communication strength, persuasion, and self-motivation complete your profile.
