Aristo Group is a project and personnel consulting company specializing in the Life Science industry.
You are responsible for the sustainable operational and strategic expansion of our Life Science Division in your specific area of expertise. This includes the prospective establishment of your own team.
You form as a Personnel Consultant in 360° Recruitment the interface between customers and candidates.
Through the continuous maintenance of your network, you expand your own candidate portfolio and win new customers.
You go with your own performance as a role model for other employees and significantly contribute to the sales of your team.
You train new employees in collaboration with our internal trainers.
You bring several years of experience in personnel consulting, preferably in the fields of Life Science, IT or Crossfunctional.
You enjoy sales and want to act as a role model and support for your team through your own performance.
You have already led a team in the past and ideally have experience in building a new team.
You have already achieved tangible successes in personnel service and are eager to expand your business with us.
A high level of team ability, communication strength, persuasion power and self-motivation complete your profile.
You speak deal-safe German and English.
