Your Job

You are responsible for the operational and strategic development of an IT department and are the main point of contact for all IT projects with our Life Science customers.

You maintain your network through constant care and expand your own candidate portfolio and win new customers.

You lead by example with your own performance and make a significant contribution to the revenue of your team.

You build new employees in collaboration with our internal trainers.

Your Profile

You bring several years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT sector.

You have already led a team in the past and have experience in building a team.

You have already achieved results in personnel services and are eager to develop your business with us.

You are looking for a job where you can prove yourself and still achieve a lot.

You speak fluent German and English, and ideally French.

A high level of team ability, communication strength, persuasion ability, and self-motivation complete your profile.
