Your Job

You are responsible for the sustainable operational and strategic development of our Life Science business in your specific field. This includes the prospect of building your own team.

As a Personnel Advisor in 360° Recruitment, you form the interface between customers and candidates.

Through regular maintenance of your network, you expand your own candidate portfolio and win new customers.

You lead your own performance as an example for other employees and contribute significantly to the turnover of your team.

You train new employees in collaboration with our internal trainers.

Your Profile

You bring several years of experience in personnel recruitment, ideally in the areas of Life Science, IT or Crossfunctional

You enjoy sales and want to act as a role model and support for your team through your own performance

You have already led a team in the past and ideally have experience in building a new team

You have already achieved measurable success in personnel services and are keen to develop your business with us

High team skills, communication strength, persuasion, and self-motivation complete your profile

You speak fluent German and English
