Grants Manager

We are seeking an experienced Grants Manager to spearhead and manage Climate Asia’s grant portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-year and high-value grants, an understanding of climate and gender equity funding landscapes, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that inspire donor investment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in grants management, donor compliance, and proposal development for high-value donors and funding agencies
• Strong knowledge of grant administration, financial management, and donor reporting
• Familiarity with climate and gender equity funding landscapes (international foundations, family offices, CSR funding)
• Track record of securing multi-year funding and managing grant portfolios worth $1M+ annually
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple grants simultaneously
