Senior Fundraising Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Fundraising Manager to drive Climate Asia's fundraising efforts, with a focus on securing multi-million-dollar funding, building relationships with donors, and leading the design and execution of an ambitious fundraising strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising, business development, or a related role
• Demonstrated ability to raise at least INR 20 Cr ($2.4M+) annually
• Deep knowledge of climate change and gender equity funding landscapes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding ambitious fundraising targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools, fundraising platforms, and advanced Microsoft Office skills
