Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in organisational development, business development, or a related field
• Advanced degree in organisational development, human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Strong sales and analytical acumen
• In-depth knowledge of OD theories, frameworks, and tools
• Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive results, and execute on ambitious goals
