Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Associate to play a key role in identifying, assessing, and supporting investments that build evidence and scale innovative climate solutions. The role involves research and analysis, partnership management, stakeholder engagement, event planning, and knowledge management.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in environmental/climate science, economics, public policy, engineering, statistics, urban/environmental planning, or related subjects
- Minimum 4 years of full time work experience in roles in climate finance, environment- development, climate policy, climate engineering, climate mitigation and adaptation
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis with ability to derive insights from complex or imperfect data
- Experience in Project management
- Highly motivated, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
- Willingness to travel to remote project locations and support the organisation of workshops and partner consultations
