Automotive Sales Advisor Trainer

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Trainer to coach and inspire team members to provide exceptional Guest experiences and consistent moments of magic in the automotive retail space. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Advisor in the Automotive retail space and be able to travel approximately 75% of the time.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE experience as either a Sales Manager or Sales Advisor in the Automotive retail space
• Must have a minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in either position listed above
• Previous roles in formal automotive Sales training is a plus
