Automotive Sales Advisor Trainer

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Service Trainer to coach and inspire team members to provide exceptional Guest experiences and consistent moments of magic in the automotive retail space. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom training and in-the-moment coaching on a weekly basis, emphasizing Asbury's North Star & Compass and DRIVE values.

Requirements

• Experience as either a Sales Manager or Sales Advisor in the Automotive retail space
• Minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in either position
• Previous roles in formal automotive Sales training is a plus
• Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
