Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Learning & Development Sales Trainer to coach and inspire team members to provide exceptional Guest experiences and consistent moments of magic in the automotive retail space.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Advisor in the Automotive retail space
- Previous experience in formal automotive Sales training is a plus
- Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time
