Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and experience in the commercial construction, multi-family, and property management market segments. You will be responsible for calling on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Construction and Planning Departments within an end user account, and partnering with local selling partners to maximize positive impact with end user accounts.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with a variety of decision makers and influencers
- Develop short and long-term sales plans
- Identify and classify the sales potential of each client
- Establish a network of clients with a high level of trust
- Sell opening solutions as a consultant
- Apply discovery abilities including prospecting, profiling, qualifying, identifying client needs, and presenting solutions
