Regional Manager

Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio. This includes personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration & risk management. The Regional Manager will supervise all aspects of the property and staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
