Regional Manager, Affordable Housing

The Regional Manager, Affordable Housing is responsible for overseeing the entire operations of a housing community portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, and promoting harmony and quality job performance of staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in affordable housing, preferably as a Regional Manager
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
