Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Case Manager Mental Health Professional to work in Elgin, IL. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field and experience working in social services. The role involves developing and implementing individual treatment plans, completing documentation, and working with a team of behavioral health service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
- Experience working in social services
- Valid Illinois driver's license and automobile insurance
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU's, and other relevant trainings
