Job Description
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is a non-profit organization seeking a Case Manager Mental Health Professional or Qualified Mental Health Professional (MHP/QMHP) in Elgin, IL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individual treatment plans, working with clients and their families, and promoting client wellness through coaching, counseling, and consultation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field
- Master's degree in human services or related field (required for QMHP role)
- Experience working in social services (preferred)
- Valid Illinois driver's license and automobile insurance
- Certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU's and other relevant trainings
