Job Description
Astera Labs is seeking a Principal Field Applications Engineer to lead a team of field FAEs. The role involves designing and implementing solutions for cloud service providers and server OEMs, working closely with customers to understand their needs and drive innovation through hardware and software integration. This position requires a passion for cloud technologies, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- BS in electrical engineering.
- Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
- 8+ years of experience with Cloud service providers and server OEM customers.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams.
