Job Description
This Operations Lead (OL) position is a core component of the Home Décor retailer's success. The OL oversees all store processes to ensure sales, profitability, and a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, team management, compliance, and inventory control.
Requirements
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs (Team and individual)
- Strong attention to detail
