Job Description
The Zone Lead (ZL) supports merchandising in designated zones, ensuring consistent visual standards and a positive in-store shopping experience. This role involves planning, managing tasks, managing freight, coaching the team, and analyzing data. The goal is to drive sales through compelling visual merchandising and enhance the overall store environment.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, or be comfortable with team lifting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret visual standards
