Job Description
The Zone Lead will support merchandising in designated zones, ensuring visual standards are upheld and a positive, visually appealing shopping experience is delivered. This role requires planning visual merchandising processes, ensuring store standards, managing tasks effectively, and fostering a team culture that prioritizes safety, ethics, and compliance. The Zone Lead will be responsible for store financials and customer/product experiences.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs.
