Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking an experienced and qualified Lawyer to spearhead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, Engagement Letters, joinder agreements and non-reliance letters, managed through a freelance/consultancy basis. The role involves full project management from review to execution, with a focus on fast turnaround times and close collaboration with global teams. Legal practice is performed remotely with a commitment of 20 hours/week.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in any APAC jurisdiction or an APAC based expat with US/UK/European qualification.
- Must be based in an APAC time zone.
- 5+ years’ corporate/ transactional law experience.
- Familiarity with working with asset managers, investment banks or other financial services firms.
- Experienced with independently negotiating investment related NDAs and Engagement Letters.
