Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking an experienced and qualified lawyer to spearhead negotiation of investment-related NDAs, Engagement Letters, joinder agreements and non-reliance letters. The role involves managing all stages of the contract process, from initial review and negotiation to document execution, and working closely with a global network of lawyers and paralegals. The position is fully remote, requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in any APAC jurisdiction or an APAC based expat with US/UK/European qualification.
- Must be based in an APAC time zone.
- 5+ years’ corporate/transactional law experience (inhouse or private practice).
- Experience negotiating investment related NDAs and Engagement Letters.
- Familiarity with working with asset managers or investment banks preferred.
