Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking a qualified Legal Consultant to spearhead negotiation of investment-related NDAs, Engagement Letters, and other contract clauses. The role involves a full, remote commitment to client-driven, fast-paced negotiations, requiring collaboration and collaboration with a team in a dynamic APAC environment. This is a freelance/consultancy position within a fast-paced, volume-focused process.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in any APAC jurisdiction or an APAC based expat with US/UK/European qualification.
- Must be based in an APAC time zone.
- 5+ years’ corporate/ transactional law experience.
Benefits
- Compensation for the role will be paid on a fixed per-document basis
