Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking a qualified, experienced Lawyer to spearhead negotiation of investment-related documents like NDAs and engagement letters in the APAC region. This is a freelance/consultancy position with a focus on fast turnaround and high volume. The role involves managing the entire contract process from review to execution, working closely with a global team.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice Law in any APAC jurisdiction or an APAC based expat with US/UK/European qualification.
- Must be based in an APAC time zone.
- 5+ years’ corporate/ transactional law experience.
Benefits
- Compensation for the role will be paid on a fixed per-document basis.
