Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least 7-10 years working on technology-powered products as either a Director of UX, Product Designer, User Researcher
• Strong user experience expertise
• Delivery experience with agile methodologies
• Technical comprehension
• Business knowledge
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Software and tools expertise
• Communication and presentation skills
