Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in UX and product design for web and mobile products
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Fullstory, Miro or similar tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Experience working in an agile development environment, collaborating across disciplines
