Job Description
Aviso Wealth is seeking a New Accounts Administrator to join its Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing new and fee-based accounts in a timely and accurate manner, as well as providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with protocol.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in the mutual fund or financial services industry
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge and experience of Dataphile is an asset
- Fluency communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset
