Job Description
Aviso Wealth is seeking a New Accounts Administrator to join their Operations team for 12 months. The role involves processing new accounts and fee-based accounts in a timely and accurate manner in the IIROC dealer space.
Requirements
- Completion of post-secondary program in Finance or Business is preferred
- Minimum one year experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in the Mutual Fund or Financial Industry
- Dataphile knowledge and experience is an asset
- Background in the Credit Union system is an advantage
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) course is an asset
