New Accounts Administrator, Temporary

Aviso Wealth is looking for a New Accounts Administrator to join their Operations team for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of new accounts and fee-based accounts in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Completion of post-secondary program in Finance or Business is preferred
• Minimum one year experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in the Mutual Fund or Financial Industry
• Dataphile knowledge and experience is an asset
• Background in the Credit Union system is an advantage
• Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) course is an asset
