Business Development Representative

This role is for a Business Development Representative, responsible for maintaining and building relationships with retail stores in a Japanese-led pet food company. The position focuses on brand and communication strategies, sales analysis, and ensuring quality consistency across all locations. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in FMCG.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic, high energy level, interpersonal skills, motivation and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills and strong commitment.
• Experience on the Pet Food Industry of at least 2+ years is a must.
• Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
• Willingness to travel up to 75 percent of the time.
• Experience in dealing with distributors.
• Ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Fluent English at business level, intermediate level writing and speaking skills.
