Job Description
The Presales Lead Solution Engineer role is responsible for providing expert technical and functional support to prospective clients, collaborating with Account Executives, and designing and delivering high-impact Awardco product demonstrations and presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of Sales or Technical experience in a SaaS/Cloud environment, engaging with enterprise-level clients.
- Proven ability to work with C/VP-level decision-makers across diverse industries.
- Strong customer-facing skills, including needs analysis, business justification, and closing techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to architect solutions, address technical challenges, and uncover business needs.
- Experience with APIs, security protocols, SLAs, and other technical aspects of SaaS solutions.
