Job Description
McAdams is seeking an Assistant Controller to manage advanced accounting tasks, including payroll processing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. This vital role is key to streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the company's financial decisions. The role requires strong analytical, technological, communication, and organizational skills to join the Corporate Accounting team and partner with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5+ years professional accounting experience
- 2+ years payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
- Deltek Vantagepoint/Vision experience preferred
- CPA or CMA designation preferred
- Strong Understanding of GAAP accounting standards
- Well organized, proactive, and must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Willingness and ability to demonstrate ethical behavior
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
