Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Agile Master to drive the agile transformation of AXA forward and develop agile working methods and values in two to three Squads for different Tribes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as Scrum Master / Agile Master
- Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM) or comparable training
- Experience with metrics and OKRs as well as in the scaled context e.g. with SAFe, LeSS, Flight Levels
- Experience or interest in cooperation with English- and German-speaking teams and cultural challenges (Nearshore-/Offshore-teams)
- Ideally, experience in dealing with Squad and Tribe transcending procedures in portfolio processing for the support of the PO and the Tribe leadership team
