Peer Support Specialist

The Peer Specialist monitors clients, provides peer support services individually and in a group setting, and transports them for treatment. They must maintain a positive attitude and follow the direction of their supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Must be 25 years of age
• Knowledge of Windows, basic email, Microsoft Word, timekeeping software, and basic computer navigational skills
• Shift Flexibility
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Team player
• Professional and/or personal experience with substance abuse treatment highly preferred
• Active CPR and First Aid certification required
